Who qualifies
Any US-based fellowship program with current ACGME accreditation in one of:
- Hematology-Oncology (combined)
- Hematology
- Medical Oncology
You’ll need your program’s ACGME program ID, which is public on the ACGME public directory.
How it works

Submit your post
Fill in your ACGME program ID, subspecialty, and job details at /employers/post-a-job. Pick the “ACGME Fellowship” tier.

Verify affiliation
Submit from an email at your sponsoring institution's domain. That domain becomes your program's allowed list — future posters at the same program can use any email on the same domain.

Admin review
We check your ACGME accreditation status on the public directory. Typical turnaround is 1–2 business days. First-time claims may take slightly longer.

Live for 60 days
Approved posts run for 60 days and appear alongside paid listings. Resubmit anytime the promo runs — no cap on how many posts you publish.
Fine print
- ·Promo runs through December 31, 2027. After that, ACGME programs fall to the standard $199 / 60-day rate unless we extend.
- ·Posts are for attending, junior faculty, instructor, and non-training positions at the sponsoring institution or its clinical partners. Fellowship applications themselves go through ERAS.
- ·One employer profile per program. Multiple recruiters at the same program can post once affiliation is on file.
- ·Rejected posts get an emailed reason — usually a fix and resubmit issue, not a permanent block.
